About The Disability Access Service
The Disability
Access Service’s aim is to help business & service
providers comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and make the necessary “reasonable
adjustments” required under the new 2004 legislation. This we achieve
by providing solutions to a wide range of access and egress issues that
effect people with disabilities.
All
of our advisors are trained by the CAE (Centre for Accessible Environments)
And
our Access Consultants are NRAC registered (National Register of AccessConsultants)
The Disability Access Service can also offer a wide range of services, and have developed partnerships with a number of UK manufacturers who specialise in disability access & evacuation products, therefore providing a single source for service providers who require a range of products & services in order to effect the reasonable adjustments required in accordance with the DDA.
