Our purpose is to provide a single source for products, services and advice

DDA and provide easier access for disabled customers.
The Disability Access Service can also provide specialist advice on a wide

We also provide a mediation service for companies who have complaints pending
against them, or provide expert witness reports for litigation purposes.
