"I honestly don't think that I would have moved on from what has gone on if it wasn't for TDAS. You have made things seem so much clearer and I can now make some sense of it all."
TDAS face-to-face services are currently on hold due to updated Government Coronavirus guidance.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, however advice and help is still available, we are offering alternative ways to support people in need. Please contact us on 07534 066 029.

Staying Safe while Self-Isolating/ at Home
TDAS staff can support you via phone, message or video call.
You can make a simple safety plan, click here. This will help you plan for the risks that could come with self-isolation. You do not have to print the plan out if this would be unsafe. You can review the questions onscreen. The safety plan can also be used by professionals too.
If, once you’ve created your safety plan, you need to discuss an aspect of it with TDAS, please get in touch so that we can advise you.
If you are not self-isolating, you can leave your house to take exercise. If it’s unsafe to call from home you could call or text leaving your name and number if safe to do so while taking a walk outside.
Please call or text TDAS on 07534 066 029
Leave your name and number if it safe for you to do so. A member of the team will get back to you.
Thank you for your patience.
In case of an emergency please dial 999.
